Clarity Aesthetics – Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions prior to booking any treatments or procedures at Clarity Aesthetics.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL CLIENTS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the agreement between you (the client) and Clarity Aesthetics (we/us/our).
1.2 Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully and take the opportunity to ask any questions before proceeding.
1.3 By registering with us or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

2.1 A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
2.2 Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel without providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
2.3 Appointment times and practitioners cannot be guaranteed unless booked and confirmed.
2.4 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain your deposit.
2.5 Appointments may be rescheduled without charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
2.6 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
2.7 In exceptional circumstances (such as illness, accident, or bereavement), we may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation charge.
2.8 We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time before the scheduled date if:

  • The required practitioner or equipment is unavailable; or

  • Circumstances beyond our control arise.
    In such cases, a full refund of any deposit will be issued.

2.9 We make every effort to start appointments punctually; however, unavoidable delays may occur. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

 

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

3.1 All treatments must be paid for in full upon completion.
3.2 Payment methods accepted:

  • Cash

  • Gift voucher

  • Bank transfer

3.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an appointment is booked, any price increase will not apply to that booking.
3.4 Clarity Aesthetics does not retain or store credit card information.

 

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

4.1 Gift vouchers are available from the clinic.
4.2 Validity periods are stated on the voucher.
4.3 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.4 Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the named recipient or purchaser.

 

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR TREATMENT

5.1 Treatments are subject to suitability following a professional consultation.
5.2 We do not treat individuals under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.
5.3 We do not treat clients who are pregnant, suspect they may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
5.4 Certain medical conditions or medications may preclude treatment.
5.5 All treatments will be performed in accordance with current UK law, professional standards, and relevant codes of practice.

6. TREATMENT COURSE DISCOUNTS

6.1 Courses must be paid for in full in advance or at the first treatment session.
6.2 All treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase.
6.3 Treatment courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.4 Refunds will only be considered if you develop a severe or terminal medical condition, in which case the unused portion will be calculated as per the standard list price.
6.5 No refund will be issued for expected short-term side effects such as redness, bruising, or swelling.

7. BOTULINUM TOXIN REVIEWS AND TOP-UPS

7.1 A review appointment may be offered 2–3 weeks post-treatment.
7.2 Complimentary “top-ups” are only available within this timeframe. Missed review appointments will forfeit this entitlement.

8. DERMAL FILLER TOP-UPS

8.1 All dermal filler top-ups are chargeable.

9. CHILDREN

9.1 Children under 16 years are not permitted within treatment areas.
9.2 If you attend with a child, a responsible adult must accompany them.
9.3 Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of any fees or deposits.

 

10. MOBILE PHONES

Please switch off or silence mobile phones upon entering the clinic. Unauthorised photography or video recording is strictly prohibited.

11. REFUNDS

11.1 While every effort is made to achieve optimal results, individual outcomes vary. No clinical or financial guarantees are offered.
11.2 Fees are non-refundable in the event of sub-optimal results, as all costs relate to professional time, product use, and clinical expertise.

12. PRODUCT REFUNDS

12.1 Products purchased in-clinic or via telephone are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
12.2 Faulty items must be returned for inspection prior to a refund being issued.

13. RISK OF CLINICAL COMPLICATIONS

13.1 All treatments carry some degree of risk. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
13.2 Potential risks and complications will be explained during consultation and documented in your consent form.
13.3 Should complications arise that require external care, referral may be made to the NHS or private providers at your own cost.

 

14. EQUIPMENT SAFETY

Your safety is our priority. If equipment issues are identified, appointments may be rescheduled at short notice.

 

15. DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS

15.1 Clients must complete medical history and consent forms via Faces Consent or the equivalent paper versions, prior to treatment.
15.2 You must inform us of any changes to your medical history at each visit.
15.3 Consent forms must be signed prior to treatment and can be withdrawn at any time.
15.4 You may request copies of your records; a reasonable administration fee may apply.
15.5 Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases Clarity Aesthetics, its staff, and affiliates from any resulting liability.

16. MENTAL HEALTH AND AESTHETICS

16.1 Clients should have realistic expectations focusing on enhancement, not perfection.
16.2 Please disclose any history of depression, anxiety, or mental health disorders to your practitioner before treatment.
16.3 While aesthetic procedures may improve confidence, psychological responses vary.

 

17. DATA PROTECTION

17.1 All personal information is processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
17.2 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

 

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

18.1 Clarity Aesthetics shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
18.2 Clients must provide full medical information prior to treatment; failure to do so voids liability.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

19. FEEDBACK

We welcome and appreciate feedback, which helps us maintain high standards. Feedback can be shared verbally, via email, social media, or our website.

20. COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint, please contact the Clinic Manager in writing, by phone, or email. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.

21. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

22. NO WAIVER

Failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

 

23. SEVERANCE

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

 

24. LAW AND JURISDICTION

24.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
24.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clarity Aesthetics, superseding any prior discussions or representations.

 

26. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms confers any rights on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

 

27. SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT

By signing a media consent form, you grant Clarity Aesthetics the right to use your images, videos, or recordings for promotional or educational purposes in print or digital formats, includi
